Returns & Refund Policy



All Sales Final


Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, styled, altered, or had the lace cut.


This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.





Defective or Incorrect Items



If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To process your request, please email our support team with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem



Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:


• A replacement item

• A store credit

• A refund, depending on the situation





Non-Returnable Conditions



For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for wigs that:


  • Have had the lace cut or altered
  • Have been worn or installed
  • Have been washed, styled, or dyed
  • Are returned without original packaging






Order Issues



If your package arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.





Processing



Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–10 business days after verification.
