Order Processing



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your package ships.





Shipping Time



After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.


Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)






Tracking Your Order



Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the order has been shipped.





Incorrect Shipping Address



Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
